[Css-csts] CSS-CSTS: Final CSTS SFW version

Dear members of the CSS-CSTS WG,

I would like to inform that the final version of our "CSTS Specification 
Framework" has just been delivered by Wolfgang.
It is available as zip archive at:

Cross Support Services Area (CSS) > Documents > CSS-CSTS > CWE Private > 
CSTS Framework and Concept - The file name is "SFW 150820"


The file contains the final version of the CSTS SFW document proper, 
including one last editorial correction,  and the finalised ASN.1 file, 
which has been updated to include the correction of one error detected by 
the developers of the CSTS Prototype.
In addition, the zip archive contains also the  ASN.1 modules in plain 
text format.

I will shortly inform the CSS Area Director that the steps towards the 
publication as Blue Book can be  initiated.
