<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">The file contains the final version
of the CSTS SFW document proper, including one last editorial correction,
 and the finalised ASN.1 file, which has been updated to include the
correction of one error detected by the developers of the CSTS Prototype.<br>
In addition, the zip archive contains also the  ASN.1 modules in plain
text format.</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I will shortly inform the CSS Area Director
that the steps towards the publication as Blue Book can be  initiated.</font>
