[Css-csts] MoM of Spring Meeting in Pasadena.

Dear CSTS WG colleagues,

I have uploaded to the CWE the final version of the Minute of Meeting from 
Pasadena (CSS-CSTS/Meeting Materials/ 2015 Spring Pasadena).
Notice that the date for Teleconference 1  has been changed, due to 
unavailability of some members.

The new propose dates are;

Teleconference 1 : 24 June 2015
Teleconference 2 :  24 September 2015
