CSTSWG and CSSMWG colleagues ---
I have uploaded an updated draft version of the Functional Resources for Cross Support Services Technical Note to the CWE> Cross Support Services Area (CSS)<http://cwe.ccsds.org/css> > Documents<http://cwe.ccsds.org/css/docs/Forms/AllItems.aspx?View=%7B8045374D-F8E0-4356-83CA-993252A38FE8%7D> > CSS-SM<http://cwe.ccsds.org/css/docs/Forms/AllItems.aspx?RootFolder=%2Fcss%2Fdocs%2FCSS%2DSM&View=%7B8045374D-F8E0-4356-83CA-993252A38FE8%7D> > CWE Private<http://cwe.ccsds.org/css/docs/Forms/AllItems.aspx?RootFolder=%2Fcss%2Fdocs%2FCSS%2DSM%2FCWE%20Private&View=%7B8045374D-F8E0-4356-83CA-993252A38FE8%7D> > Functional Resources folder at URL

The major addition brought about by this update is the normative specification of the Functional Resource Type object identifiers (OIDs) for all 54 CCSDS-standard FR types that are called out in the Tech Note. An initial set of OIDs had been developed several years ago, but since then the set of FRs has been expanded. Also, some of the FRs have since been broken up and/or recombined, leaving the original set of assigned OIDs inadequate and in some cases inappropriate. This set of OIDs has been developed following discussions between Wolfgang Hell and myself concerning the development of the material to be posted on the SANA registry.
The updated draft also fixes various typos, naming errors, and naming inconsistencies.
Best regards,
John
