[Css-csts] Outcome of Agency Review for CSTS SFW and for MD CSTS

Dear  WG Members,

the RIDs produced at Agency Review for the "CSTS Specification Framework" 
had been uploaded some time ago to the CWE, to the following folder:
CSS- CSTS--> CWE Private--> 1 CSTS SFW RED 2 Review material

Concerning ESA-produced RIDs, I have uploaded also a pdf version, as the 
MSAccess database format seem to cause some problems. 


Similarly, for the "Monitored Data CSTS" the RIDs have been uploaded to 
the CWE, to the following folder:
 
CSS- CSTS--> CWE Private--> 2 MD CSTS RED 1 Review material


The RIDs and the relevant implementation will be discussed at the Fall 
Meeting in London.
