[Css-csts] Sequence Controlled Data Processing Procedure uploaded

Dear members of the CSTS WG,

I have uploaded a new version of the Sequence Controlled Data Processing Procedure to the CWE directory "CSS-CSTS > CWE Private > Working Materials > DPP Working Papers". The name of the document is "SCDPP Draft M".

Among other minor updates, the new version now also reflects some decisions (also relevant to the SCDPP) we made in our WebEx  on Thursday last week.
