[Css-csts] Minute of Meeting from Bordeaux meeting.

Dear Margherita,

I will be available for the Mini-WG meetings (per web-ex) and for the 
Teleconferences at most of the dates. I have only some problems with 
follwing dates:
- 17. July (Mini-WG meeting): not sure at this time
- 28. August (Mini-WG meeting): not sure at this time
