[Css-csts] Minute of Meeting from Bordeaux meeting.

I have one comment about the minutes: in section 12.2, Other Projects, the Date for the SLE Enhanced FCLTU Orange Book should be listed as July 2012. I would also suggest adding the comment "No additional work is expected on this book. Any future work will be applied to the Forward Frames CSTS Recommended Standard."

Regarding my availability for the CSTSWG teleconferences, all dates are currently okay for me.

Depending on the particular topic, when the meeting is held, and whether I can make a contribution, all dates for the Mini-WG sessions are also okay for me *except* July 3rd.

Please read it through and let me have your comments.

Particularly, look into the schedule of Teleconferences and Mini-WG meetings, and let me have your availability.
If any date does not suit you, please propose an alternative date.

The due date for comments is 30th April.

Concerning the actions, only those having some major work implied are recorder in the Action Register at the beginning of the MoM.
All the decisions relevant to small or editorial changes to a document or a paper are contained in the text of the MoM itself.
So, please read the MoM carefully.
