[Css-csts] CSS-CSTS : Draft MoM of the 2012 Fall meeting in Cleveland

Hi Margherita,

Regarding the highlighted sections of the Minutes of Meeting:

Page 5, upper half:
My preference is to add a general specification to section 4.2.

Page 5, lower half:
We agreed to add a peer-abort diagnostic in the event that the Provider, within the Buffered Data Processing procedure, receives a Transfer-Buffer whose size exceeds the maximum allowed size.   I suggest naming the new diagnostic "transfer buffer is too big".

Page 8:
My preference is to handle the maximum latency as a parameter whose value must be specified by a higher layer - for example, by every service that uses the Buffered Data Processing procedure.

Also, one correction to section 8 (Prototyping of Forward Services):

Tom Wickline and I agreed to implement the BDP and SCDP.  The meeting minutes mention DPP and SCDP.  i.e. I think "DPP" should be changed to "BDP".

The proposed teleconference dates work for me.

In particular , I would like to draw your attention on the following aspects:
1) there are a few lines with yellow background: please let me have your inputs/opinion/answers
2) schedule of Teleconference: let me know if any date is not suitable
3) action items and due dates
4) presentations: kindly upload to the CWE whichever material you have presented,  under :  CSS-CSTS/Meeting Materials/ 2012 Fall - even though you have already uploaded that material in another directory; it is important to have all the meeting material  (also) in the same directory as the MoM (they are "attachments" to the MoM)

Please let me have your replies by 30 October.
