[Css-csts] BDP Procedure update

Hello,

I uploaded the update of the DBP procedure to the CWE under CSS-CSTS > CWE Private > Working Materials > DPP Working Papers > CSTS-Forward_BDP-2012.05.08.docx

I have tried to put all the material we discussed in Darmstadt in a correct formated way. I reworked fully the state table. I put no description on the operations used because they are all the same as in the basic procedure.

If you have time to have a look at it before the teleconf on thursday, I will enjoy to answer your questions about it. The state table is new, and it's my first one :) So it will be interesting for me to have your comments about it.
