[Css-csts] Updated "CSTS Overview" presentation

Dear WG members,

An updated "CSTS Overview" presentation has been uploaded to the CWE:

http://cwe.ccsds.org/css/docs/CSS-CSTS/CWE%20Private/CSTS%20Framework%20and%20Concept/CSTS%20Overview%2014_June_2010.ppt

The updated presentation includes a slide that recommends appropriate sections of the Framework specification to read.

At this point, all of the suggestions made in Portsmouth have been incorporated.
