[Css-csts] Invitation: CSTS WG Teleconference (11 Mar 15:00 CET)

Dear  Margherita, 

the date for the Teleconference is fine for me - I will attend. 
I was in contact with Martin Götzelmann because of the new File Transfer 
Service he is going to work on as soon as he has enough time doing that. 
Unfortunally, he can't join the Telecon - but he was interested if there are 
any news from IOAG concerning that topic. Do you have any informations about 
that?
