[Css-csts] test results so far

Dear Colleagues,

We were able to get a Bind-Invocation from the User to the Provider, the Provider accepted it, sent a Bind-Return, and Bound the service.

The User did not receive any messages from the Provider - neither TML heartbeats nor Bind-Return.  Perhaps there are firewall issues.  We will try again after the meetings.
