[Css-csts] UDD et Cyclic report Object Identifiers

Dear CSTS collegues,

Enhancement of the CSTS API prototype is currently ongoing and we now need
the object identifiers corresponding to the newly added procedures :
Unbuffered Data Delivery and Cyclic report.

The specification framework v0.21 contains the object identifier tree on
figure 2 (figure 2 : Services object Identifier tree), but misses the OIDs I
need.

Tim have you already selected an OID for these procedures in the frame of
your prototype ?
