[Css-csts] 2009 Fall Meeting - Minutes of Meeting

Dear all,

I updated the minutes of our meeting to reflect the comment I received from
John. The main change is in the action list. The due dates "Fall 2009" has
been changed to "End 2009".
The version 1.1 of the minutes can be found on the CWE under the "Meeting
Materials" directory.
