[Css-csts] Updated drafts of EFCLTU Orange Book on CWE

The latest draft Enhanced FCLTU Orange Book (v0.3) has been uploaded to
the CSTSWG public folder on the CWE at URL:

This latest draft includes the latest updates to the FCLTU Pink Book,
which was finalized in Noordwijk. The EFCLTU book is ready for
submission to the Secretariat for final editorial treatment and
submission to the CESG for approval as a CCSDS Orange Book.

 

Note that the 0.3 version has a few bookmark issues, which are flagged
in the posted copy with Work comment markup. These issues will be fixed
by the Secretariat in the editing process.

 

 

Also, a watermarked PDF version of the v0.3 draft Enhanced FCLTU Orange
Book (v0.3) has been uploaded to the CSTSWG public folder on the CWE at
