[Css-csts] [CSTS] CSTS Specification Framework Concepts Draft 12

Dear Members of the CSTS WG,

I have uploaded Draft 12 of the Concepts Book to the CWE directory "Documents > CSS-CSTS > CWE Private > CSTS Framewrk and Concept".

The name of the file is "CSTS FW Concepts G-0.12.doc".

Draft 12 is now complete and incorporates the results of  the review on the Colorado Springs meeting. As always, any comments would be very much appreciated. All changes are tracked using the MS Word change tracking features.
