[Css-csts] Preliminary comments on Framework R-0.17

Yves,

I have not had the chance to make a complete review of the latest draft
(R-0.17) of the Framework, but I have come across a few things while
cross-checking for planned updates for the Guidelines and Monitored data
CSTS books. I have commented on them using Word markup in the zipped
copy "CSTSProceduresDefinitionRecommendation0.17-JPcmts.zip", which I

The comments are on the following pages: 1-7 through 1-9, 2-2, 2-3,
3-22, 4-30, 4-32, C-1, and C-2.

 

 Also, the title in the header of the pages has "Specifications"
(plural), but the title of the Recommended Standard is "Specification"
(singular). 

 

If we have time on Wednesday perhaps we can discuss the comments.
