[Css-csts] Data Processing Procedure

Dear working group members,

 

In Crystal City, I was asked to modify the outline of the Data
Processing procedure to match the latest standard outline.  My written
comment says "the Behavior section should be one level down".  

 

But, in comparing the outline of the Data Processing Procedure with
other procedures in the Procedures Definition Recommendation, here is
what I found:

 

 

Buffered Data Delivery:

            1   Description

            1.1   Purpose

            1.2   Concept

            2   Behavior

            2.1   Activities

            2.2   Starting

            2.3   Data Transfer

            2.4   Stopping

            2.5   Aborting

            3   Required Operations

            ...

 

Data Processing:

            1   Description

            1.1   Purpose

            1.2   Concept

            2   Behavior

            2.1   Activities

            2.2   Starting

            2.3   Transfer and Buffering of Data Units

            2.4   Processing of Data Units

            2.5   Stopping

            2.6   Blocking

            3   Required Operations

            ...

 

Unbuffered Data Delivery:

            1   Description

            1.1   Purpose

            1.2   Concept

            2   Behavior

            2.1   Activities

            2.2   Starting

            2.3   Transferring Data

            3   Required Operations

            ...

 

As far as I can see, the outline of the Data Processing procedure is
consistent with the others.  Did I perhaps misunderstand what was asked
of me?
