[Css-csts] Response to Action Items

Dear Yves and CSTS WG Members,

Attached are the responses to the Action Items that were assigned to me at 
the CSTS Interim Meetings (ref CSTS-WG-21022006) on 02/24/06.  The attached 
Word file document contains responses to Action Items: 07-0206, 08-0206 and 
09-0206.

A revised version of the Control-Directive Procedure Specification document 
should be completed soon (ref Action Item 15-0206). The UML models for this 
document have now been updated to reflect the new procedures, but there are 
some remaining changes to be made in the text.
