Takahiro,

My recollection of the discussion is that we did indeed decide to leave
Figure 3-1 but we were going to update Figure 1-1. "CCSDS Space Mission Data
System" to provide a link to the RASDS diagrams.

Do you think there is a better diagram for Figure 1-1 or should we leave
that one as it is as well?

I apologise for the confusion over the figure numbers!
