[CMC] Brief Agency Reports at CMC meeting next week

Dear CMC members,

Sorry for the late notice about this.  In recent meetings we floated the idea of having each agency provide a short report on their activities at the agency level (as opposed to Working Group level).  This could be as short as you wish.  You can work out specific activities related to standards and interoperability where applicable.  But if any agency has had a shift in major priorities, new (5-year) plans, etc., it would be good for the community to know about.
