[CMC] Shannon in the Role of NASA Delegate to CCSDS

CCSDS Leadership,

As you know, and as have my predecessors done before me, I have held the combined positions of the NASA Agency Delegate to the CMC as well the Chair of the Management Council and overall Secretary-General.

All along, Shannon Rodriquez, our NASA Data Standards Manager, has been leading the US CCSDS team on matters of NASA policy and funding along with relevant agency direction working with Data Standards Managers at NASA centers.

We now formally welcome Shannon as the NASA Agency Delegate to the CMC.

I am happy to continue serving the organization as the Chair and Secretary-General in an agency-neutral  manner.  I look forward to seeing most of you soon in Puerto Rico.
