[CMC] Spring CMC 2023 Meeting Logistics & Agenda

Kindly review/confirm your portion of the agenda has the appropriate topic and amount of time allotted.

For those who will be attending the CMC Spring 2023 Meeting onsite, our JAXA hosts have also asked us to participate in a brief logistics survey to advise our preferences for our group dinners on Tues, May 30 and Thurs, June 1 (during our Usuda Deep Space Center Trip). I've also reattached the logistics guide prepared by our JAXA hosts for reference, however, there will be finalized details coming forth in the next few days.
