[CMC] Gentle Reminder - CMC Spring '23 Meeting - JAXA Request and Details

Dear Amber and CMC members,

Greetings. I appreciate your efforts. I hope you are having a fruitful 
time in Huntsville and in your respective places.

Please allow me to repeat announcements. Now, I would like to correct 
one point that we do not explain properly.

The hotel rooms in Yatsugatake on June 1 during the bus tour have been 
reserved as a group, so you do not need to reserve it individually!
Ms.Miyajima will assign you a room. There were a limited number of 
single rooms available, so we reserved them in advance. However, those 
who have booked individually may leave them as they are.
Please be assured that we will check with the front desk and adjust the 
number of rooms to avoid duplication.

We have already received files from many of you, but if you have not yet 
sent the passport information needed to apply for the entry badge to the 
JAXA site, please send it to me or her (or CC:ed SpaceTracking.contact 
for the CMC Spring Tokyo Local Organizing Committee, which includes both 
her and me). Please let us know if you have any questions and unclear 
points.
