Conditions:
CNES is not sponsoring the production of prototype 2. After checking, there is no commitment from TAS France. The commendable initiative was personal.

Working Group Response:
Note that the second prototype will be prepared by U.K. Space Agency (Josh Brayford, Head of Space Standards at UKSA) has now committed to serving as the second prototyper for the LDM.
