[CMC] CCSDS SIS-DTN WG chairship

Dear Tomaso,

We now have a NASA nominee, Bob Durst.

Tamer Refaei can also be considered to be mentored by Bob as well.

Bob is at MITRE, just as Keith was and is physically in Washington, DC.  He used to be the SIS AD before Keith so he is imminently well suited for the task.

We’ll send a formal nomination.

as already reminded two weeks ago, the SIS DTN WG is missing a chair given the fact that Keith Scott has retired from Mitre and we need a replacement. So far I haven’t received any potential candidate proposal from any of the CCSDS agencies. Can you please provide me with suitable candidates within this week?
