[CMC] CCSDS SIS-DTN WG chairship

Dear Colleagues,

as already reminded two weeks ago, the SIS DTN WG is missing a chair given the fact that Keith Scott has retired from Mitre and we need a replacement. So far I haven't received any potential candidate proposal from any of the CCSDS agencies. Can you please provide me with suitable candidates within this week?
