Subject: [EXTERNAL] [CMC] Spring 2022 Technical and CESG Meetings hosted by NASA

Dear CMC and CESG,

Planning for this spring’s CCSDS meetings has continued. At this time, NASA will be able to host the spring 2022 Technical and CESG meetings in-person. We would like to hear from you if you expect attendees from your agency will be able to travel or if you have any concerns. As a reminder, the meetings will be 9-16 May 2022. We acknowledge that, as always, some participants will be unable to attend in-person and we will accommodate working groups hosting hybrid, in-person/remote meetings.

Please respond with your agency’s expected ability to attend this spring’s meetings in-person by 2 March 2022.
