[CMC] Selecting Dates for the CMC/CESG Meeting after the Technical and CESG

Dear CMC and CESG Members,

I have created a poll to select the dates for the spring CMC and CESG meetings. Please respond with your availability at https://doodle.com/meeting/organize/id/bkRgwk6a.

We will plan to meet for two hours, 14:00-16:00 UTC, on three consecutive days, Tuesday-Thursday. The CESG and CMC will meet jointly on the first day with additional CMC topics on the agenda for the second day. Please select all of the dates you would be able to attend the meetings. You can us the "if need be" response for dates that would be less than ideal for you.
