[CMC] Draft CMC Action Items and Resolutions, Spring 2021

As we ran out of time at today's CMC meeting to formalize the action items and resolutions of the meeting, we will do so by email. I have attached the draft action items and resolutions from the meeting. Please review these and provide any updates, corrections, or additions to me by next Friday, 25 June 2021. Following this period, the action items and resolutions will be finalized and distributed
