[CMC] Selecting a Date for the CMC midterm Meeting

Dear CMC Members,

I do hope you will except my apologies. It has come to my attention that I never announced the date for a CMC midterm meeting nor did I send a meeting invitation. As February is already upon us, it is best to select a new date. I have created a Doodle Poll to try and select a date in the first two weeks of March: https://doodle.com/poll/idcuq8kyrk6vitzt. If you would please indicate which days you will be available, I will provide a meeting invitation and draft agenda next week.
