The original email from Dan is appended below.  I will forward the latest that he sent while we were in DC that had the imagery standards charts attached—that got Rodney all fired up.

I mentioned it to Paul Gill on Friday, and he seemed to be aware that it exists.  In fact he has corresponded with the person Rodney was trying to contact while we were at HQ.  I couldn’t get a good sense as to whether he felt that it was coordinated or not.  He seemed to imply that it’s a CIO thing …
