[CMC] SEA SANA options and process presentation

Attached is the presentation from this morning, including the discussion of the two options, implement Organizations and Contacts only in CCSDS CWE or implement Organizations and Contacts only in SANA, and also the DRAFT set of assumptions, process, and maintenance activities.  This draft set will be reviewed and agreed with the combined team including the CCSDS CWE/web site staff and the SANA operator staff.
