Thank you for waiting for my long response.

I made a request to Hotel representatives.

So they extended booking option. Now the hotel rate should be the same (like 12-16 June) when you choose 17th June.

It seems that the hotel rate is only available from June 12-16 and not until 17 like you mentioned below. Should we then book the last night (June 16th )  at the regular rate?

2.      Please write above-mentioned numbers in the option “telex” (or something like that) but not in the option “Invitation”.
