Dear all, 

We finally had 223 registrants for the CCSDS Technical meetings hosted by 
ASI. 

This total also includes CMC members that only participate in the 2nd week 
meetings . Therefore the registrants for the 1st week were ca. 215 

I have asked today ASI the number of CCSDS participants being checked-in 
at the gate (very easy due to the security check). 

Monday 17                156 
Tuesday 18:                155 
Wednesday 19:                123 
Thursday 20:                123 

As you can imagine this poses some troubles for the host including the 
resources deployed. 

I would appreciate if every Working Group Chair can report to the Area any 
discrepancy (and potential justification) between the "Registrants by 
meeting" and the actual participation in the WG.
