[CMC] CCSDS Approved Projects behind schedule

Dear all,

Considering that during the next Fall 2016 technical meetings in ASI, 
Rome, we will perform the annual review of our Strategic Plan (including 
all approved and draft Projects), I would like to ask the WG Chairs to 
update those "behind schedule"

The current status of the 82 approved projects is as follows
