Please be aware that when voting the first poll described below, the 
following Agencies are commiting resources

CCSDS 524.2 Mission Operations - Message Abstraction Layer Binding to 
TCP/IP Transport and Split Binary Encoding      CNES= 1mm
CCSDS 524.4 Mission Operations - Message Abstraction Layer Binding to 
ZeroMQ Transport and CNES Binary Encoding       ESA = 1mm

Dear CMC Members,

Two new CMC polls have been posted to the CWE:

- CMC-P-2016-04-013 Approval to confirm Prototype 2 Commitments for MOIMS 
- 2.04 Spacecraft Monitoring and Control Working Group 
- CMC-P-2016-04-014 Approval for CCSDS Agency HoD and Spectrum Managers to 
provide actual spectrum allocations for active spacecraft 

 These polls can be accessed via the following link:

The closure date for these polls is 04 May 2016.
