[CMC] Japan Railway Pass

Dear CMC members,

JR Pass (Japan Rail Pass) is valid for N'EX (from Narita), Tokyo 
Monorail (from Haneda), Yamanote and other JR lines, and bullet train 
(Shinkansen "Asama").

Contrarily, the Pass is NOT valid for non-JR line, such as Keikyu Line 
(if coming from Haneda and not using Tokyo Monorail) nor to Local Nagano 
Railway.

Overall, transportation between Narita/Haneda airport and Nagano city, 
Mielparque-Nagano (round trip) would take about 18,000JPY while JR Pass 
costs around 28,000JPY (exchange rate as of March 10). Thus, if you plan 
to spend extra 10,000JPY on some other trips not including non-JR lines, 
then it would be a good choice.
