Attached is the letter that will be sent to KARI by James to complete the CMC action item below. The letter will be mailed by this Friday and the action item will be closed.

The Secretariat was instructed to invite the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) to become a member agency of CCSDS and to specifically invite them to attend the Fall 2015 CMC meeting in Darmstadt.
