[CMC] Letter of Invitation for Visa: Brazil (April 2016 CMC meeting)

Dear CMC Members,

For those planning to attend the 26-28 April 2016 CMC meeting in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil (INPE facilities), please inform me or Eduardo Bergamini is you will need a Letter of Invitation for visa purposes. As the host, Eduardo is responsible for preparing these letters and we will need to know as early as possible if you will require them. The hope is to give you sufficient time to process the visa at your respective Brazilian consulate/embassy.
