[CMC] Draft minutes from the Nagano meeting

Hello Shigeta-san,

I have made the changes you identified in the draft minutes.

Regarding the agency report template, it has been modified slightly based on the CMC Action Item [CMC-A-2015-05-12] and can be found here<http://cwe.ccsds.org/cmc/Private/Forms/AllItems.aspx?RootFolder=%2Fcmc%2FPrivate%2FCMC%20Meeting%20Minutes%20and%20Presentations&View=%7BAFAD5E82%2D7CD2%2D4945%2DA827%2D202949A03EA3%7D&>. The agency report content now has a second bullet that deals with agency priorities on new and draft CCSDS projects per the action item. Also, per the action item, agency activities are now only reported once a year (I have tentatively placed it for the spring meetings but we can change it to the fall meetings if the CMC prefers).

Attached please find JAXA comments including few editorial corrections.

Concerning the agenda items for the upcoming telecon on September 3, can I expect that Secretariat provides us with briefing on how we should prepare Agency Report for the Fall CMC meeting? This concerns the following Action item;

AI: The Secretariat was instructed to modify the Fall 2015 CMC meeting agenda to have a partial agency report that deals with agency priorities (on new and draft projects)  at the beginning of the agenda, while the remaining parts of the report on other agency activities will be presented towards the end of the agenda, as in past meetings.

Furthermore, it was agreed that agency activities should be reported once a year. [CMC-A-2015-05-12]
