Dear CMC Members:

As a follow-up to the message below that extended the deadline for this Action Item, the chart has also been revised to reflect the current situation. Please provide your input in the last/comment column of the chart to the Secretariat by the extended deadline.

Also, please note that the Action Item below will be closed because the poll for CMC approval will be circulated soon (prior to the action item's deadline of 31 January). CMC members are encouraged to review the Procedures and Publications Manuals when the poll is initiated and provide comments (if any) through the polling system.
