[CMC Alert] New CMC Polls

Dear CMC Members,

Two new CMC polls have been posted to the CWE:

- CMC-P-2023-04-005 Authorization to publish CCSDS 505.0-B-3, XML Specification for Navigation Data Messages (Blue Book, Issue 3)
- CMC-P-2023-04-006 Authorization to publish CCSDS 920.0-G-1, Cross Support Transfer Service Specification Framework Concept (Green Book, Issue 1)
