[CMC Alert] New CMC Polls

Dear CMC Members,

Three new CMC polls have been posted to the CWE:

- CMC-P-2023-04-002 Authorization to publish CCSDS 130.0-G-4, Overview of Space Communications Protocols (Green Book, Issue 4)
- CMC-P-2023-04-003 Authorization to publish CCSDS 130.3-G-1, Space Packet Protocols (Green Book, Issue 1)
- CMC-P-2023-04-004 Authorization to publish CCSDS 502.0-B-3, Orbit Data Messages (Blue Book, Issue 3)
