Dear Mr. Nick Tongson,

Attached please find details of lunch/dinner for the CMC Technical Tour.

Lunch menu is provided on page 1.

Please choose one from the menu. The tour cost is calculated based on the JPY1,540 meals, so your tour cost will vary depending on what you pick for lunch.

Dinner's course details are provided on page 2.

There are options for Nabe-mono (No.3) and Sashimi (No.4).

Please choose Choice A (horsemeat dishes*) or Choice B (fish dishes).

If possible, please let us know your choices for lunch/dinner by Friday May 15 as we need to contact restaurants to order food on the Saturday morning.

We recommend all of you to try horsemeat dishes (restaurant's speciality).

If you can eat meat, you may discover how amazingly delectable they are.

*Just for reference, horsemeat will be served hot, as shabu-shabu.

To eat shabu-shabu, first immerse paper-thin sliced horsemeat in hot broth, then dip the boiled meat in special sauce, and eat them.

Meanwhile, tour cost/person will be JPY 6,000, including lunch/dinner/ local snacks/water etc.
