[CMC Alert] Doodle Poll for CMC DAD and AD vacancies discussion [All Times are Eastern (US)]

Dear CMC Members,

To accommodate the request described below, I have created a Doodle poll to determine the best day and time for a telecon to discuss this topic. This is for the last week of February (23-27).

Note that the times are all Eastern (U.S.). I will circulate the WebEx information once a day and time have been determined.

   we organise another teleconf dedicated only to the AD, DAD discussion

   we move the CMC mid-term teleconf

In any case we need to find another date and I suggest this to be before the end of February so that we would still be on time to invite potential AD, DAD candidates to the CCSDS workshop later in March.

May I suggest to do a doddle to find that date?

Dear CMC Members:

Please find attached the draft agenda for the 9 March 2015 CMC midterm telecon. The dial-in instructions (WebEx) have been circulated earlier but let me know if you did not receive it.

As noted in the draft agenda, the U.S. and Canada will be changing to Daylight Savings Time on 8 March 2015 but this is already factored in to the times indicated (as well as WebEx I believe). However, please double-check to make sure.
