[CMC Alert] Draft Agenda for the 9 March 2015 CMC Midterm Telecon

Dear Nick and dear all,

Much to my dislike, for work  reasons I cannot change, I will not be able to
participate in the mid-term teleconference on 9th March.

while ESA can be represented by Nestor for most points on the agenda there is
one where I would like to be present for the discussion and this is the"
Suggestions for nominations for ADs and DADs"

so I suggest the following options:

   we organise another teleconf dedicated only to the AD, DAD discussion
   we move the CMC mid-term teleconf

In any case we need to find another date and I suggest this to be before the
end of February so that we would still be on time to invite potential AD, DAD
candidates to the CCSDS workshop later in March.

May I suggest to do a doddle to find that date?

Dear CMC Members:

Please find attached the draft agenda for the 9 March 2015 CMC midterm
telecon. The dial-in instructions (WebEx) have been circulated earlier but
let me know if you did not receive it.

As noted in the draft agenda, the U.S. and Canada will be changing to
Daylight Savings Time on 8 March 2015 but this is already factored in to the
times indicated (as well as WebEx I believe). However, please double-check to
make sure.

This draft agenda has also been uploaded to the CWE (CMC tab – Mid-Term CMC
Telecons folder) found here
