This is a reply for Action Item CMC-A-2013-12-02 from JAXA.

Member Agency Control Authority Office registry is Mr.Tsutomu Shigeta,
not Mr. Junjiro Nakahara for JAXA.

Please confirm this URL and correct registry data.

JAXA can not provide MACAO information, because JAXA does not establish
