[CMC Alert] Proposed Disposition of Poll Conditions

Dear Tom Gannett-san,
Thank you for taking care of JAXA comments on the CCSDS A02.1-Y-4.
JAXA accepts the proposed dispositions.
However, regarding the releasing of the document, we consider we should
wait until some concerns/comments expressed by other agencies are cleared.
